a support case for you. Once a support case is created, Scout's Support Staff will
follow up with you.

yet have a support portal account, then you can request one with this form. Inside of
the Support Portal you will have access to Manuals, Searchable Knowledge Base with
known Solutions, and you can even view the Status and Comments for your support cases.
